Terms
These terms cover Jupiter, the personal agent you chat with on Telegram and WhatsApp, and this website. By using Jupiter you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
What Jupiter does
Jupiter finds options, answers questions and, when you confirm, books, buys and sends things for you: tables, rides, hotels, flights and tours, calendar events and emails. It's free to use. Some features are still being switched on, so not every feature is available to everyone or in every country, and we may add, change or remove features.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Use Jupiter for yourself, on your own chat account.
You stay in charge
- Nothing is booked or bought until you tap Confirm at the live price, and no email is sent until you tap Send. Check the details before you tap: you're responsible for what you confirm, including emails sent from your account.
- Bookings and purchases are with the business you book with (the restaurant, Uber, the hotel, airline, tour company or shop). Their own terms, prices and cancellation rules apply.
Accounts you connect
- You can connect your Google Calendar and Gmail, and link Uber. Connect only accounts that are yours.
- Jupiter uses a connected account only to do what you ask, as our privacy policy explains. Its use of information from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can disconnect at any time in the chat ("disconnect my calendar", "disconnect my email", "unlink Uber") or in your settings with that company. Their own terms still apply to your account with them.
Use it fairly
Don't use Jupiter to break the law, to harass, deceive or spam anyone (including sending bulk or unwanted email), to make bookings you don't intend to keep, or to try to break, overload or get around Jupiter's limits and safeguards. We may limit, pause or end your access if you do, or to protect Jupiter and other people.
Answers can be wrong
Jupiter uses AI and information from other services, which can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check anything important, like opening times, prices, travel times and flight details, before you rely on it.
Our responsibility
Jupiter is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for what businesses you book with do or don't provide, for information that comes from other services, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
Stopping
You can stop using Jupiter at any time, and send /delete in the chat to erase your data (see Delete your data). Bookings you already confirmed stay with the business.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Jupiter after a change, the new terms apply.
Our name and content
The Jupiter name, logo and site content belong to us. Please do not use them without our permission.
